here at the Parker Homestead
that are available at the General Store.
We are particularly
proud of our homemade soaps.
Homestead Soaps are available in the following:
BASIC LYE - A pure white bar made with nothing but Lye, Lard and Water - just like Granny used to make.
$2.00 per bar + shipping & handling
BODY BARS - Our best bathing bar, all made from a base of pure lard rendered at the Homestead, with the addition of other oils and scents.
$3.00 per bar + shipping & handling
Scented soap is available in the following scents:
- Spring Rain - yellow, fresh smelling bar
- Citrus Rain - pale green, light citrus smell, some bars have lemon grass added.
- Almond Oatmeal - natural coloring, with pulverized oats added. A favorite!
- Mango - Light orange color with a yummy scent - another favorite!
